Our Founder
Matthew S. Burkins, President and CEO of Burkins & Associates Consulting, LLC, has more than thirty years of expertise in military weapons and materials research. Until December 2017, he led the US Army Research Lab's Tactical Systems Protection Team. In that capacity, Mr. Burkins helped design armor and vehicles that saved the lives of countless American and allied warfighters. He is proud to share that expertise with his clients.

Our Location
Burkins & Associates Consulting, LLC is based in Harford County, Maryland, convenient to the Army's Aberdeen Proving Ground, as well as near numerous independent testing facilities and government contractors' offices.
We're also only a short drive or train ride from Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC. This enables us to easily meet with and represent clients at numerous east coast locations.
